“I don’t understand how a woman can leave the house without fixing herself up a little - if only out of politeness. And then, you never know, maybe that’s the day she has a date with destiny. And it’s best to be as pretty as possible for destiny.

Changes in your closet

Fashion changes and style is eternal of course. But my point is different. Just a few days ago, me and my friend were talking about how other people influence what we do. He was talking about some sort of research from Harward or Oxford maybe, it doesn’t matter after all. Due to this research we are not influenced by our friends only, but theirs friends and friends of their friends as well! Which means we don’t even know people who inflence us!

I own tons of different nail polishes in the craziest colors such as neon orange or dakr green with glitters. I loved them. Nowdays I use only red and dark purple. Why? I have no clue. Jeffrey Campbell shoes are just waiting in my closet to be worn (I am not planning to do so) and it used to be my favourite pair. It the same with my Aldo oxford shoes in bright red. And the most of my jewelry have the same fate since I wear just two bracelets with watches, some pearls and Tiffany necklace.

I became obsessed with dresses. Lace and wrap ones especially. I bought black skinny jeans finally after 4 years!

And I can help myself and have to wonder who stands behind this changes in my clothing. Because, as explained before, you never know. I would really love to know who of my friends became friend with the bitch who made half of my closet useless!

xx A.
